Review: unprofessional sales practices
uses unprofessional tactics to lure customers to sign up for its services; which in my case did absolutely nothing to correct my computers slow performance (actually believe it ultimately crashed my hard drive - because it crashed a few weeks after I paid $189. for services non-rendered)... they keep calling me back to sign up for other software, under the pretense that the company has gone bankrupt and in order to issue me a full refund I have to open up software that has a hidden cost of $749. I should mention that they somehow have full remote access to my computer screen.Desired Settlement: that they stop calling me... that they delist my phone number from their calling lists.

I'm sorry this has been such an upsetting experience for this customer. I would be upset too. But to be honest, we got satisfactory email from him after our services done and so far I know that we didn't get any complain or service request from him since then.
However, I know I can't change what happened, but how can I help him now? We have already excluded his name from our calling list, so he will not get any promotional call from our marketing team.
Also I am assuring him that we don't have any control on his computer because we help customer remotely after getting customer's written permission and that was happened for him also.
We are committed to satisfy our customer by making things better for them, so what else can we do for him to make this better?

issued a complaint a few months ago regarding micro fix store's unsavory business practices. asked that the company take my name off their calling list... they did for a few months; now they're back calling me again regarding the same unnecessary fix for my newly purchased computer. request that they stop bothering me.
