Microtel Inns and Suites

Review: I reserved a room at Microtel Inns and Suites on August 9, 10, 11, 2013 which was $147.60 While I was traveling to the hotel I notice that my account was charged twice for the room a total of $295.20. When I arrived at the hotel on Aug. 9, 2013 I told the hotel employee that my account show they charged me twice she told me I would receive a credit for the overcharge amount. The next day Aug. 10, 2013 I was charge another $147.60 so now the hotel has charged my account a total of $441.60. I told the employee at the front desk and ask to speak to a manager. She told me a manger would be in later that day and he would call me on my cell phone. A manager never called me. The problem is I did not have any gas money or any money for my trip which was for a funeral. My bank was closed because of the weekend. Therefore, this mistake caused me a huge hardship because I have bills that need to be paid from this account. Today is August 12, 2013 Monday and I still have not received any money in my account. I made it back home and I called and asked to speak to a manager and someone by the name of [redacted] who claims she was the sales manager on duty talked to me. I explained to her my problem and she said she was aware of my name and my issues with the overcharge on my account. I told her this was a huge hardship for me and the company should at least give me one of those nights fee for causing so much complications to their customer. She told me she could not approve me a free night. I am very unhappy with my experience with this hotel.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for one of my nights at this hotel. It is August 12, 2013 and no money is in my account therefore I would also like a credit in my account for $295.20.
