Review: we bought a house in July of 2011 with a new septic put in from LV Micsky septic and excavating. in August of 2013 I had the septic pumped out because the tank that holds sand was not draining and when I called to complain because the system was only 2 years old and to have it pumped out they said they would haft to pump it out to see what was going on and it would cost $250 LOL. so I called around and got it pumped out for a lot cheaper they did come out, but did not figure out why this tank was not draining and they were mad we had some one else pump it out. now it is march of 2014 and I called to complain and they still will not pump it out for free and they were trying to blame it on us asking what were putting into the system. here is part of the conversation are you using bleach NO are you using tablets in your toilet NO have you been raking the sand every 6 months yes 6 to 9 months well I don't what you want me to do I said I want you to pump it out for free and figure out the problem well were not going to the system is almost 3 years old LOL. I guess he did not understand I had it pump out already and he is tell me it should last 3 years before it needs pumped out againDesired Settlement: have the tanks pumped out for free
