I installed a kitchen backsplash for them and the customer thinks the pattern on the X sheets do not match when they are put together The sheets must be put together in a certain way but unfortunately all sheets are not exactly identical which is what caused what he sees as a problem The only way to alleviate this would be to have an abundance of extra sheets to match up He also says there is a stain on the kitchen cabinets which I did not see My experience with acrylic grout is that it does not stain I am sending photos in a separate email

I installed a kitchen backsplash for them and the customer thinks the pattern on the 12 X 12 sheets do not match when they are put together.  The sheets must be put together in a certain way but unfortunately all sheets are not exactly identical which is what caused what he sees as a problem....

 The only way to alleviate this would be to have an abundance of extra sheets to match up.  He also says there is a stain on the kitchen cabinets which I did not see.  My experience with acrylic grout is that it does not stain.  I am sending photos in a separate email.
