The owner of the company is RUDE NASTY and the MOST unprofessional person I have ever had to deal with in my entire life. She threatened to have my car picked up if I didn't have my payment in the following day when my payment was already in the mail and it was due on the 15th and she would pick it up on the 17th. She has absolutely NO customer service skills and I feel bad for her employees. I cant imagine how she speaks to them if she deals with her customers the way she did with me. I tried more than once to speak with her and have a civilized conversation and all she did was yell over talk me and hang up the phone. ","neg-1

There was a miscommunication about my first payment. Owner sold vehicle without telling me, it was suppose to be in repo so I could get it back.I purchased a Tahoe Z71 from auto pro on December 17, 2015. I had to return it the next day December 18, 2015 because the car had transmission issues. I was told by the sales rep of auto pro [redacted] that they would fix it & have back within a week. They kept it instead then [redacted] was dishonest about payment because the SUV was still in their possession and that I did not have to. So, Mrs. [redacted] of mid east denied my payment & put the SUV in repo with only one notice & did not tell me that the truck was sold! I would like my money back that I paid down on it!! I only missed one payment which she claimed was due January 31, 2016 $252. I paid down $1200 on December 17, 2015. I kept trying to tell her what the sales rep said she did not want to listen & repo the SUV February 12, 2016. I received one letter about repo on February 23, 2016 but by that time she was dishonest & the Tahoe was already sold to someone else.Desired SettlementI am seeking an apology from the owner because she wasn't trying to let me talk to her she kept over talking me & rude. Mid East Acceptance Corp texted her at 2:36 pm on 2/2/16 to call us with no response. 2/3/16 called customer and left word for her to call at 11:45 am on 2/3/2016. We talked to her step-father and he put her mother on the phone and she told us she would try to get [redacted] to call us back.On 2/4/2016 we texted her again to call us back. On 2/5/16 we texted her again to please call us. On 2/6/16 called cosigning dealer and asked the dealer to try to reach her. On 2/6/2016 is when her father told me she never had picked up the vehicle from [redacted] I called the dealer and they told me they did have the vehicle for repair. I did not know at the time if the vehicle had been repaired or not. On 2/8/2016 I finally talked to her I gave her until 5:00 pm to pay a payment. On February 9th I talked to her again and decided again to give her another chance to pay on 2/12/2016 again she never came in and paid.On 2/15/2016 she was sent a notice of sale on the vehicle. She never responded to the letter of sale and she received the certified letter as we received the green card where she received and signed for the certified letter from us.I feel she was given plenty of time to pay and I personally explained the entire situation in full to her several timesSincerely,[redacted]PresidentMid-East Acceptance Corp. Consumer Response Ms. [redacted] states that she notified me several times which in fact did not happen. I contacted her on 2/6/2016 about the situation that happened at [redacted]. I was contacted through my step father on 2/6/2016 at 10 a.m. that [redacted] called him to let me know the vehicle was ready for pick up & it was not ready at all. I was then confronted and informed about the payment from the owner and salesman on 2/6/2016. I was never reached by text about contacting her. She also stated that I never responded to a letter that I should've received on 2/15/2016. I can't respond to anything that I never received. I have only received a certified paper about repossession which I have said in my previous complaint. I don't feel like I had plenty of time to make a payment because of lack of notice and how fast it went into repo days later after I had spoken with her on 2/6/2016. There was no full explanation about anything, it was a short conversation because she said she didn't want to deal with it anymore. I feel like it was not fair to me as a new customer and first time buyer that I should have went through this because of the dishonest information the salesman gave me & her. Also, since I wasn't contacted through calls I should've been contacted through mail about the payment in a timely matter. Told her not to go to [redacted] until she sees me no less than two payments.Again I feel that she knew that the payment was due and had plenty of time and opportunity to make the payment.Sincerely [redacted]President
