Midas Muffler:Fairfax

Review: I took my car to this Midas location to have them fix my brakes. After a diagnostic assessment, I was provided an estimate for completion of $844 to replace all four rotors and brake pads. I then requested that they only fix the rear brakes (both pads and rotors). I was told the work would take about an hour. Over 2 hours later, the work was completed. The total charges for only fixing the rear brakes (rotors and pads) was $605. After the fact, the service station told me that during the job they realized new parts were needed. They never provided an updated estimate or indicated any change in price. Additionally, I was billed for nearly 2 hours of work which included the delay during which the station needed to receive the new rotors and pads from the warehouse. The total price was exorbitant, no notification was given to me during the service that new parts resulted in a higher price, and I was billed for a delay that was due to the service station needing to wait on parts because the first set that was delivered weren't the right size.Desired Settlement: I would like a billing adjustment of 45 minutes, which is approximately $75 based on their hourly rate of nearly $100, from my total cost.
