Mr [redacted] of Mid City Storage compound has not refunded requested balance of rent payed for vacated trailer pad rental. Annual rental fee for $500 (cheque #[redacted] dated 31 July 2015) was issued to Mid City Storage to cover rental period from 1 Aug 2014 through 31 July 2015. Our trailer was removed from the compound on 14 April 2015, Mr [redacted] was so advised by phone call, the compound key returned to his home address at [redacted] & he assured me via 3 follow-up phone calls that a refund would be forthcoming, but no such action has been taken to date. Amount of refund is calculated as follows; $500/12 x 3.5 months = $145.85 plus interest.Desired SettlementA simple refund of certified cheque in amount $145.85 plus interest is required.
