MidTown Survey Evaluator

Midtown Survey Evaluator aka Shoppers Express is a SCAM. They use several addresses to mail you letters to send cash to Orlando Ortiz Nazario in PR.I believe someone hacked my clients account on LinkedIn on 10/6/15 and sent me a message about signing up to be a secret shopper. It was an easy sign up to just send my name, mailing address, email address and phone number to Midtown Survey Evaluator. They confirmed that I was approved and would mail me my first assignment. The tracking number originated in Puerto Rico which is already odd. I received the paperwork on 10/9/15 and it is on a cheap print out with no letter head, typos, not signed and states to deposit a check issued by Randolph-Brooks Federal Credit Union, PO Box [redacted] TX XXXXX-XXXX for $2,960.00. It says to keep $400 as my earnings and take $2,560 cash to a Money Gram in any Walmart and send the cash to Orlando Ortiz Nazario [redacted], Bayamon, Puerto Rico XXXXX.Desired SettlementI want my personal information (address, email, phone number) removed from all databases or similar. This company is a scam and I feel unsafe knowing they have my personal information.
