I am rejecting this response because:Westinghouse WH7500E portable generator warranty is a scam.Warranty indicates customer is responsible for delivering or shipping unit to WH Authorized Service Dealer. This is unacceptable. I was not aware of this inclusion until after delivery.Read the warranty shortly after unit was assembled.Had I been aware of this requirement, would not have purchased. The unit failed due to no fault of mine. MWE should cover all related expenses.MWE owes me $165.00 for expenses and labor.

interactions with our team prior to submitting your complaint to the Revdex.com. To recap:On April 4th, 2017 we received a message from you requesting a free service extension cord citing that "Includes Everything To Get Started Right Out of the Box- Wheel Kit & Handle Kit, Oil, Funnel, and Tool Kit" should also include a 30A 25' Service Extension Cord. We replied the same day that service extension cords are not supplied and not listed nor advertised as such, because they are not needed to get started- you can plug directly into the generator.  On May 29th, 2017 we received another message from you stating that your generator was not working properly. We promptly arranged for the unit to be picked up the next day. I understand there was miscommunication surrounding the bill of lading causing some delay due the the email ending up in your spam folder, which resulted in delayed pickup. I am glad this situation was resolved and we paid for parts and service for your warranty claim.I apologize that taking your unit to the service center was met with obstacles, and for any inconvenience that caused you. As far as the Revdex.com Complaint and your request that related expenses and labor be paid to you in the amount of $165, we are not able to fulfill your request. We do not provide refunds for transporting the unit to the service center, or for the service extension cord. We have fulfilled our warranty and promptly delivered answers and help to the highest degree possible during this process. We sincerely hope you understand. Respectfully,
