asked himwhat kind of tacos he would like. He again said tacos. She asked him if he wanted the meat and cheese, or ifhe wanted the mighty's with the lettuce and tomato. He said, sure those ones. She went through shells, sauceand extras with those and asked if he wanted any other items. He stated he wanted two more tacos. Sheasked which kind he wanted for those two. He again said tacos. She told him he would have to specify whichones because she didn't know which kind he wanted. He became angry. Customer said F--- this and peeled off,squealing his tires.I received a call at the store less than five minutes later. A woman asked to speak to a manager. I informed Iam a manager and asked her what I could do for her. She told me she and her boyfriend/husband had justcome through the drive thru and that they didn't even complete their order due to the headset person cuttingthem off and not allowing them to order. She then said she had already placed a complaint online. She saidshe wanted to get in touch with a higher up manager and wanted to speak with the general manager. Iinformed her that he was on vacation for the week. Before I could give her the option of contacting corporateshe began yelling that of course the GM was on vacation. Told me that I was probably one of the low lives inthe background giggling. I apologized that she thought the employees were laughing at them and assured herthat no one was laughing at them or giggling.
