Band of Lake Superior Chippewa and is an instrumentality of, and wholly-owned
and controlled by the Lac Courte Oreilles Band of Lake Superior Chippewa, a
federally recognized sovereign American Indian TribeID# ***'s line of
credit was made by Ladder Credit as provided by the Lac Courte Oreilles Tribal
Consumer Financial Services Regulatory Code (the "Code")Ladder
Credit contracts, including the credit agreement ID# *** signed, clearly
designate this law as governing its transactions and provide all disclosures
required by Lac Courte Oreilles, and United States federal, laws.As a federally recognized sovereign American Indian Tribe, Ladder
Credit is not obligated to respond to customer complaintsHowever, because
Ladder Credit values its customers, we contacted ID# *** directly in
