complaint against Cascade at Fall Creek. Please accept this as our formal response as we did not receive the complaint via email.       We resolved Ms. [redacted]'s issue by replacing her a/c compressor unit on 09/30/15. I also reached out to Ms. [redacted] to confirm her issue is resolved. I also suggested if she could provide us with her electric bills from July and August 2015 and July and August 2014, that I would review them to see if she is eligible for a rent credit due to the increase in electric charges.
