According to [redacted] this voucher was purchased in the summer time. Miss [redacted] scheduled an appointment for November 25th, 2016. This appointment was already passed 90 days so in the event the customer wanted a refund they was able to do that. [redacted] just informed me that because of their 90 day refund policy there not able to refund her $99 so the customer needs to re-read [redacted] refund policy. Again JS Cleaning Service CANNOT REFUND A CUSTOMER FOR THIS PURCHASE. THIS WILL BE AGAINST JS CLEANING SERVICE CONTRACTUAL AGREEMENT WITH [redacted] THAT WERE NOT ALLOWED TO PROCESS REFUNDS OUTSIDE OF [redacted]. Thank You

Review: This company is billing me for landscaping services that I never asked to have done. They are the landscapers of the previous owners of my home. The have said to have preformed services while I have been living in the home, which they have not done. My husband takes care of our landscaping needs. They have threatened to send the bill to their attorney and collections agency. I have never asked them to do work, nor signed any contract, nor ever met these people.Desired Settlement: Contact the previous owners of the home if they have any billing issues.
