Very negative and unprofessional experience. An appointment was made for an assessment 10/13/2016 at 1:00PM, by 1:30PM no one had arrived. I called the office and was told that "my son came out to look at the roof between 7-8AM this morning". No one knocked on my door, nor I did not hear anyone outside, especially on the roof. I was not advised that the appointment had been changed, nor was I contacted with the results of the assessment. I had to call because I assumed they were running late or a no show. That's when I was told that I need a new roof. I said when were you going to tell me, he said "we were going to call you later". Then I was told "you sound upset, we don't do business with folks who are upset". Of course I was upset, due to lack of communication and disrespect for my time. Not a good way to conduct business, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! Mind you I was told I need a new roof. Today, 10/18/2016, I had two reputable companies come out for an estimate, and not only do I NOT need a new roof, the cost of the repair ranges between $300-550. So Milano's was going to rip me off for a new roof that I did not need. What a shame and a disgrace. I hope this review is helpful to others.
