Thank you for notifying us of this complaint and for the opportunity to respond. We have spoken directly with the Ms*** as well as her daughter who was our client. We have proposed several ways to resolve her complaint and concerns and she has stated she will be speaking with her
daughter and then getting back to us. She seems satisfied with the options we presented, however if there is anything further we can do we will discuss it in our next call to her

We are working with this consumer to provide a complete accounting of the work done on her case prior to her decision not to fileWe are in contact with her as well and as soon as billing and explanation for any charges, or refund due, is complete we will work to resolve this issue to her

After multiple job losses and medical/surgeries we knew we had to do something. We went to a different firm who is high in advertising and were treated so badly it was unreal. We didn't know what we were going to do and then we found Miller and Miller. What a blessing! These people really care! I mean really. It is clear from the start that they are here to help and not to just make money. From the initial phone call to the office staff to our Attorney I felt nothing but kindness, caring compassion and relief from everyone involved. I only wish we would have found them sooner! On the one visit we made to the offices the different staff went out of their way to come and say hell-o and to introduce themselves What a warm caring and efficient firm. It all went so smoothly.
