about ordering our diamond bladesThey are not free;
however, we do offer
day terms so that you can use the blade prior to paying for itPrior to shipping,
the order was verified as to the size, quantity, amount and terms of the orderAn
Invo,ice was included with the blade when It shippedAt the end of November, the
blade was returnedused, with no notes or reason for the returnUpon contacting
the customer, they stated they used It, but did not perform as well as expected,
We tried negotiating with them, offering to settle for a lesser amount, since
they were not happy with the qualityThe customer refused to even discuss this
with us and we, therefore, sent it to collections
The blade sent to Italian *** was not a generic blade, but a very
expensive, application specific bladeThese are not the type of blades companies
, send out "free"We could not stay in business shipping this type of blade for
freeIn addition, the Invoice was In the package with the blade
We are still willing to negotiate a settlement with them and I will send a
copy of this letter to our collection agency so that they are also aware of the
situation
