Review: I ordered a pair of boots that were too small on arrival. Attempted to call, phone ALWAYS goes to voicemail with no return call after 6+ messages left. Emailed regarding return, no response for greater than two weeks. I bought a similar pair here as I needed the boots for a trip, had attempted to do a rapid exchange, you ship me the size I want, I'll pay up front, you credit me when these come back, no response again for more than two weeks. After numerous unreturned calls and emails, I returned the unworn, with tags in original packaging boots to the address listed on their return page with insurance, tracking and signature requested. The next week I got an email with return authorization email. I responded I had already returned to their PO box as instructed. The boots have been there at the PO box since 8/28/13, the Post Office has called and emailed them to remind them to pick up with a copy of email to me. If not picked up in the next few days, they will be shipped back to me.Desired Settlement: Full refund to include shipping.

Review: I ordered 2 wallets on 6/7/2014 and paid for 3 day shipping on both of them. The price of each wallet was $28.95 plus 3 day shipping of $5.15 each for a total of $68.20. I called numerous times after we passed the 4 day mark and I had not received my delivery. I have also emailed. No one ever answers the phones, returns calls or bothers to return email. On 7/5/2014, almost 30 days after my order, I received only 1 wallet. My card was charged in June for both wallets and today is 7/22/2014, more than a month and a half and I still have not received the other wallet that I paid for, and I have not received a return call or email explaining why.Desired Settlement: I would really like to have the other wallet, or just get my money back.
