In reference to [redacted] ’s liner I was able to track down the liner from the liner manufacturer The pool was actually built in so the liner is actually years oldIf [redacted] wants to open a warranty claim he can call [redacted] (the company that built the liner and used to be call [redacted] ) he can do so There probably is not much left on the warranty because it is prorated and it is years old As I stated in my last email the owner must adhere to the warranty instructions provided by the liner manufacturerThe liner was made and the invoice number is *** Have him call ###-###-#### and give them this information and they will take it from there.I previously sent to you our dealer liner warranty to the customer and that document along with the liner warranty from the liner manufacturer was given to the owner at the time the pool was installed.Good LuckKind Regards, [redacted] [redacted] [redacted]

Please be advised that we installed a pool for this owner over years ago assuming what the owner says is true We build only quality pools and absolutely honor our warranties We have not serviced this pool for over years and do not know the circumstances that damaged the liner Here is a copy of our warranty that is given to our clientsWe do not warranty any pool liners after years After years the warranty is prorated and warrantied by the manufacturer The owner needs to follow the warranty instructions provided by the manufacturer

The three year warranty was never told to me as a matter of fact they told me its a year warranty on all linersI am attaching even a copy of the front page of there website that states the liners are warrantied for years

If [redacted] wants to open a warranty claim he can call [redacted] (the company that built the liner and used to be call [redacted])  he can do so.  There probably is not much left on the warranty because it is prorated and it is 15 years old.  As I stated in my last email the owner must adhere to the warranty instructions provided by the liner manufacturer. the liner.  Here is a copy of our warranty that is given to our clients. We do not warranty any pool liners after 3 years.  After 3 years the warranty is prorated and warrantied by the manufacturer.  The owner needs to follow the warranty instructions provided by the manufacturer.

As previously stated the company stated there is a 25 year warranty on all liners. Never did they say anything about a manufacturer warranty nor was any warranty information. Was given to me or signed by me. As previously stated the web site till this day states 25 year warranty on all pool liners. Thank you
