Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2015/09/03) */ On August 25, we did experience a system error that affected both the pricing and inventory on our websiteRegretfully due to the large scope of this mater orders placed during this system error could not be processedAs soon as the error was detected our site was taken offline so that the error could be correctedAll customers affected by the error were notified by email and our staff processed full refunds on all orders as quickly as possibleThis is the first time Miniature Market has encountered a system error to this degree and policies have been put in place and included in our FAQ for future handling if such an error would every occur again

I do apologize for the confusion regarding your recent shipment Any orders already placed in yoru account would constitute a previous order, including preorders As many of our customers do use multiple addresses in their account an choose to ship various orders to different locations
we do not automatically update shipping addresses on any outstanding orders without being contacted by the customer. I do show that order *** was delivered on Saturday, November 28th In addition, our customer service team has issued a refund for the shipping paid on this order

error was detected our site was taken offline so that the error could be corrected. All customers affected by the error were notified by email and our staff processed full refunds on all orders as quickly as possible. This is the first time Miniature Market has encountered a system error to this degree and policies have been put in place and included in our FAQ for future handling if such an error would every occur again.

Due to our distribution agreement with [redacted], LLC we are unable to sell any sealed Manager the Gathering products outside of the United States.  The following does come directly from our agreement with [redacted], LLC: 3. You are authorized to sell Current [redacted]...

Products only to Consumers located in the Territory through your Retail Location(s) and through the Authorized Retail Website(s). You may not sell Current [redacted] Products to distributors, wholesalers, retailers, or to any person or entity You know or should know intends to resell, transship or otherwise re-distribute the Current [redacted] Products.  4. You will not distribute, sell or transfer any [redacted] Products outside of the Territory. This includes Current [redacted] Products and any other [redacted] Products.It is our interpretation that the agreement does not allow us to sell to anyone we suspect will be taking this product directly out of the country.  We interpret the agreement in the most conservative way, as we do not want to risk losing the ability to sell this product line.  While we understand this does limit our ability to sell products and may upset our customers, we believe it is in our best interest to interpret the agreement in this manner. While each factor below in and of itself is not a pure indicator, taken as a whole we consider this customer a Consumer outside our Territory for the following reasons:a)       His email address domain ends with .ca which is a Canadian top-level domainb)      The order was placed from an internet protocol address located in Canadac)       The product was being sent to a UPS store located near the border of Canada and the United StatesFor the above reasons we are not comfortable shipping any order that is knowingly from an international customer even with an updated domestic address.  Updating the address does not negate our responsibility in selling this product strictly within our territory and shipping said order would put us in violation of the agreement and risk suspension on selling the product.This order was refunded in entirety as to not further drag out the situation as we were unable to resolve it in the mater that the customer wished by simply updating the shipping address to a new address.  If the customer is wishing to order any of the available non [redacted] the Gathering items we are happy to honor the sale prices that were originally paid.
