I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

He is incorrect.  [redacted], the salesperson who waited on us told us the dress would be ready in 3 weeks and to call before coming in.  We did this on numerous occassions.  We were never told beads needed ordered from anywhere.  The store manager had not even spoke to me untill the last day I went in the store for my refund.  Security did not escort us out of the store.  They seen my 17 year old daughter crying in the mall in front of the store and asked what was wrong.  We explained and they went into the store with our receipt to see if they could get a refund and were denied it by the manager.  I do not want anything to do with him,his store or merchandise.  He has proven himself an unscrupulous liar and horse thief! He did not fulfill his sales agreement.  The only thing I will accept is a refund.

Customer was never guaranteed that here alterations would be done at a certain time. Because she had made an unusual request to have beads added to her straps that we were adding to her dress. Beads had to get ordered from LA to match the beads on her dress and was customer was informed that it took...

time to do that and she was ok with that. Customer came in the store demanding that she gets a refund because she found another dress and bought it. I explained to the customer that can not issue refunds because that is against our store policy and her dress already being trailered and almost done. When she came into the store on Friday April 17th I explained to her that the beads for her straps had just came in and I would have her dress ready for her on Monday the 20th and she then became very rude and started screening and yelling that she wanted a refund. I then called security and had her escorted out the store. Customers dress was ready on Sunday April 19th and customer we contacted on Sunday the 19th and numerous times after that to let her know that her dress was in and ready for pick up. Dress is still in the store and ready for her to pick up. A refund will not be issued to the customer do to our store policy EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT ONLY NO REFUNDS, ANY TAILERED ITEM IS SALES FINAL
