I also requested his input to give me a detailed punchlist of what he would like remedied so we are addressing those issues specifically [redacted] is a GREAT client of Burgarello Alarm and I am mortified that he felt he had to go this extent to get his concerns addressed with our company in regards to a specific employee, regardless of what those concerns may beI will be handling this directly myself and will be back in touch with [redacted] by tomorrow morning once ascertaining the issues at hand and the appropriate resolutionCommunication will be with [redacted] directly via cell phone as well as duplicate responses in written format here on Revdex.comWe'll get to the bottom of this immediately!
