Bad Customer Service
Tried cancelling service a couple of years ago and they said I missed the deadline. Had to pay for another year. Then had to fight again since they said that I hadn't cancelled. Fortunately, had details of who I spoke too etc. and they cancelled. This year they sent another bill for sensors not being returned. Called them to say that no one told us that we had to return sensors. Offered to return the sensors but they said they would still charge us. Will not be recommending them.

Terrible customer service and overpriced
I paid my bill by check just days prior to canceling my service (due to a steep rise in pricing). I asked for my check not to be deposited.
They deposited it anyway and have repeatedly ignored my requests for a refund. 2 months ago, I was told the reimbursement was approved however,
after repeated calls and emails, I still have not gotten my money back. Do not use this company!

This company has terrible customer service and overcharges for dosemitry badges. We have used them for years and they trippled our rate. I cancelled service because this has happened before with this company. I tried to call repeatedly and no one ever answers the phone. I finally got a customer service rep after a month of calling and she told me they do not refund any service fees. because it is a subscription based service. This is ridiculous as they charge for a year in advance. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I cannot believe this company is still in business after treating clients this way. We will never be using Mirion Technologies again and I will make sure other dentists we deal with know.

Review: In September 2015 I was overcharged for Insta dose rental. I contacted the business, they looked into it, and okayed a check to be dispersed to me. The check was approved on October 28 and yet has been received. Repeated conversations with the business office has only resulted in the check has been approved and that's all they know. they are now not returning my phone calls.Desired Settlement: To be paid the money owed me.

Review: We as a company have used Mirion Technologies for our dosemitry services for several years. Last year, we decided to discontinue this service. I have emailed our "rep" [redacted] 31 times over the past 6 months attempting to cancel our service. There is no phone # to contact anyone at. We were instructed to send our Instadose badges back to Mirion to cancel our service. This was done immediately. To date, Mirion has not stopped sending us bills for a service we have not used and for badges we returned to them MONTHS ago. They are harassing us and not responding to any of my inquiries. Emails go unanswered and calls are never returned. Online inquiries are not responded to. We want to be removed from the billing list IMMEDIATELY. You cannot continue to harass us after we have followed exact protocol with regards to cancelling our service. I have all the emails saved and documented all communications, which I will produce happily to END THIS HARASSMENT. This is a horrible business with AWFUL, ILLEGAL BUSINESS PRACTICES. WE DO NOT WANT TO BE HARASSED ANYMORE.Desired Settlement: Remove our contact information from your records, DO NOT contact us again regarding billing for services we NEVER received and we returned the Instadose dosimeters to you MONTHS AGO. Remove charges from our records and DO NOT ATTEMPT TO BILL OR CONTACT US AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And you should probably take disciplinary action against [redacted] for not communicating with us and not responding to my MULTIPLE EMAIL REQUESTS. 31 emails in 6 months is RIDICULOUS. Will NEVER recommend this awful company to ANYONE!!!!!!
