On April 14, 2020, I ordered a couple of pairs of contacts from Misaki Cosmetics. On April 25, 2020, I received my contacts. Unfortunately, I could not wear them because the Diameter was a little big. The lenses kept rubbing my eyes and was uncomfortable. I returned the lens on May 8, 2020 after contacting the company via email and discussing a refund. I emailed to inform them that I had returned the item as requested. On May 19, I received an email requesting the tracking information and I provided the tracking number and on May 20th in response, they stated that a refund was being requested.
On June 1, 2020, I received an email stating that my refund had been issued. After weeks of checking my bank account, I noticed that a refund ever showed up. I then emailed Misaki to request status. Their response stated, 'Upon checking on your account, I can confirm that we already have processed your refund on June 1 and a confirmation email was also sent to you on the same day.
The funds are no longer with us as they have been released on the same day that your refund was processed. However, please note that it will take 2 - 3 weeks by the merchant bank to process the return of the funds. Just to clarify, when we refund, the funds leave our account immediately, it then hangs with the processing merchant banks between our bank and your card issuer (before it finally gets to your card). We're not sure why, but this is usually how long it takes.'
Over the next couple of weeks, I continued to reach out to them regarding my refund and they only continued to say that the refund was issued. My final email of July 15, 2020 requested proof of the refund and Misaki response on July 16, 2020 indicated the following: Thank you for reaching us.
We have done a follow up on the refund. As soona s we have received an update we will be notifying you in regards with it.
As of yet, I have not heard back nor have I received my refund. I feel this business is in to scamming people and sending misleading emails.

Not only did this order get delivered (see proof of delivery). We also initiated a refund via our store and a refund notification on the 1st Jun was sent to you.
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
No refund has ever been received. I also asked for proof that a refund was issued and they never provided proof. They just keep saying they did. This was well over a month ago.
Please check with your credit card / bank merchant. We have re-forwarded the refund notification to you now.
