We did indeed have a scheduled date, that they offered me after they told me that they were booked until Jan **. Furthermore, it looks like the company isn't even in Boston, it's in NY. See below:

Yes, one of our corporate offices is based in New York, but we are a national company and have served many happy Boston Clients and clients nationwide. The [redacted] reviews that you referenced earlier were in our NYC location, due to 1500 vouchers being sold after our 200 voucher limit. At that time we did not have the capacity to service that many clients in that particular location and were not granted refunds by that deal company, nor were we paid for the services rendered; as you can see, all of those reviews are from summer 2013 in NYC, where and when that particular campaign took place. I can assure you we are not a scam and already served many home owners in the Boston area without any incident of lateness, poor work or absence. We would like to show you how great of a company we are. Our customer service team has reached out to you and were unsuccessful with getting in contact with you, but left a voicemail. 
 
If you can please give us a call back or submit another time and date, we will see to it that you are a happy customer.

Review: the company is in the business of providing cleaning services to residential. I purchased a (1) time visit to a 3 hr general house cleaning and made the appointment with [redacted] for Sunday Sept [redacted] at 5pm. we waited and waited and no one showed up. no one called to explain and after leaving multiple voicemails to customer service no one can be reached. I left 4

voice mails to them and they never emailed me back or called me back. now they charged my american express for the $28.08 service but never even delivered it.

invoice number was #[redacted].

worse I had to hire another company to provide this cleaning service. this company is terrible.Desired Settlement: refund my american express card

The company does not answer the phone - the company is a fake and only created to take into account groupon and [redacted] to attract hundreds of users and then do not provide any of the cleaning service. You should file a formal complaint for the business

Review: I purchased a groupon for 3 2-hr cleaning sessions in [redacted]. The first session, the woman was late and barely came with any of her own cleaning supplies. When I complained to the company they responded quickly and said they would provide an extra complimentary cleaning appointment and quickly schedule the remaining sessions. They never confirmed, never showed up, and I have not been able to contact them since.Desired Settlement: I am completely disgusted by this company. I want my money back.

Review: I purchased a Groupon for this service on February [redacted], 2014. I called the given telephone number for the company and spoke to a representative to schedule an appointment for February [redacted], 2014 at 10am.

On the day of the scheduled appointment the cleaning service did not arrive. I called the same telephone number ###-###-####, that I used to schedule the appointment. There was no answer for both customer service or sales. I left a message on both lines, describing the nature of my complaint and requesting a phone call back to reschedule the service. I received no phone call. Two hours after my call to report a no show for the service, I received an email from the company stating they were aware that the service did not arrive and that they would like to reschedule. There was no time or date listed for another appointment.

I responded to the email stating I would like a customer service representative to call me to rectify the situation. I received no phone call. I attempted to reach the company multiple times during business hours via phone. Each time I called I was sent to voicemail. I left an additional voicemail stating that I responded to their email and would like a call back.

I again called the company this morning 2/**/14. I left a message stating I would like a call back. I have yet to receive a call or email rescheduling the missed appointment.Desired Settlement: I would like to be contacted by the company and given a new appointment at a time that works with my schedule. I would like the service to arrive on time and honor the original purchase. My telephone number is ###-###-####.

Review: I purchased three hours of housekeeping services from Miss Clean Scene, Inc. I scheduled the appointment online as they requested for April 2014. The day before the scheduled cleaning appointment I was contacted only by email that my appointment had been cancelled by the company and I was requested to re-schedule online, also the company offered to clean for an extra hour because of the cancellation. I had to wait a whole month before I could get another appointment. I scheduled the appointment for may 3rd at noon. A couple days before my appointment I received a confirmation email from Miss Clean Scene, that my appointment for a 180 minute cleaning was confirmed. I emailed the company back and asked would I still get the extra hour. At 7:50 am the morning of the scheduled cleaning I received an email from Miss Clean Scene scheduling that my appointment was cancelled, and I would need to request my money back. No call, no explanation as to why they cancelled the appointment. I was nice, patient, and really didn't even want to ask about the extra hour because I knew this FRAUDULENT BUSINESS would cancel the appointment again at the last minute. I KNEW they were NOT going to honor their end of the terms. At this time I have requested my money back.Desired Settlement: REFUND AND FOR PEOPLE TO BE AWARE OF THEIR FRAUDULENT SERVICES.

Review: I made an appointment to have 3 hours of cleaning done in my home. I was sent a reminder email that they would be coming at the agreed time and date. They never showed up to my home, there was no phone number to call, and the only number on the website directs you to purchase on the website and hangs up on you. When I figured out how to contact them through email, there was no response.Desired Settlement: I would like them to come to my home as soon as possible to clean, as I wasted my day waiting for them to show with no word from them.

Review: Feb [redacted] 2014 I purchased a voucher for a 3 hour house cleaning session through [redacted]. The company I purchased the voucher from was Miss Clean Scene (a subsidiary of Home Scene Pro--according to their website). Before I bought the voucher there was a local phone number I called (it has since been removed but it WAS found under the "what service we provide" area of their service commitment) and I inquired where they were since the offer mentioned they will travel up to 30 miles from their zip code. They said they were in Washington D.C. When I gave them my zip code they said I was at the "outer edge" of their territory but that they DO service my area but I had to go online to schedule the service. The soonest date they had available was May [redacted] according to their computerized schedule. I received a confirmation and thought I was all set. I am a Realtor so I scheduled my clients around this time frame and then this morning at 9:00 I received an email from them saying "We have to cancel your appointment. Please contact your provider for a refund" . I went online again to find the phone number for them and it's nowhere to be found. Through my general search for this company I see that it's a franchise of sorts and I found 43 negative reviews about this company on [redacted]. If my writing this can save ONE person the inconvenience I've experienced then it's worth it! The ###-###-#### number attached to their website tells you to go online to use their "easy and convenient" website and then hangs up on you!!!! YOU CAN'T SPEAK TO A HUMAN BEING. They're a total rip off!Desired Settlement: I want my house cleaned.

Review: I purchased a Groupon for $79 on 1/**/14 for the services of this company. I made an appointment with them for 3/**/14 at PM to recieve these cleaning services at my home address, and provided them with the groupon confirmation number as part of the booking process. On the scheduled day, no one showed up to provide services, and their phone system said to call back "between 9 and 5." I submitted a request via their website for someone to contact me, which has not happened. When I call the number provided on the Groupon ([redacted]), it just returns a busy signal. Despite not providing services and not responding to my request for customer service contact, they have cashed the voucher and the Groupon is marked as redeemed.Desired Settlement: They should not be paid for services they did not provide. I will also be filing a complaint with Groupon, and may or may not receive a refund from them. But since MissCleanScene has indicated that the Groupon was fulfilled, this might be a complicated process. I would also like a fraud alert posted for this company, as I am finding multiple incidences of similar treatment of other MissCleanScene clients.
