The installer found the D box smash and the was the only problemSo the buyer said that's not good enough I want I new oneKent cost me $7,cause they didn't check the D box which was the only problemWhy did he tell the buyer it needed a new leaching field when he didn't fail it
Why don't they check the D box when that's the most important part of the Leaching where all the pipes are put togetherThey say there charge extra for that

Customer service is poor, poor, poor. Business came to do a septic tank inspection for a buyer and proceeded to drop the septic tank cover into the tank. The technician said he would find a temporary cover ASAP and would be back later that day to remove the original tank cover from the tank and place it back in the proper place. The technician did come back to cover the tank - he never came to the door to let us know what he was doing or what he was covering the tank with and never came back later that day to retrieve the original tank cover as he said he would do. Our agent called and texted the owner of this business with no response. The owner finally called and left a voice message after one week to inform us of 3 options, none of which involved removing the tank lid as this would cost him too much money. The owner had no apologies or concern about possible damage to the tank or baffles and basically left the message on voicemail that it was our fault that this happened as there was no handle on this cover. We have never had a problem getting this tank pumped over many years by our own septic tank service provider. We are very disappointed and upset with such a poor response from this business and would never recommend or have this business come on our property again.
