Review: Moving company has been charging me for 5 (8' wide 20' long) containers since I moved out of [redacted] home in May of 2011. Stored furniture in his [redacted] location (original 13 containers for 2 years @ $ 50 per container....) Moved all but small amount out in May of 2013 to [redacted]. He continued to charge me for 5 containers which the total cubic footage was only 10' long x 5' tall x 8 ' wide . See truck picture of loaded furniture . The total amount of furniture would have fit in 1 container . He has been overcharging me for 3 years by 4 containers or $200/ month, he also charged me a $450 fee for removing & loading the furniture on jan * & continued to charge me for the balance of January. I asked him to refund the jan charges & he said they don't prorate.Desired Settlement: Refund jan chg, and refund 4 containers from May 2011-Dec 2014 ( 32 months @ 200/ month) $ 6400 + 200 from jan ** or $ 6600
