MJ Salese Construction

Review: We hired Salese Construction to build a pool deck and a tier deck with a roof and he failed to complete the job. We contacted [redacted] several times to complete the job and he stopped taking our calls. We filed for permits with [redacted] Township to ensure the job was built to code, but code inforcement would not pass because everything was not up to spec. The same issue with the tier deck and the roof, the tier deck roof leaked so we had to bring someone in to fix that piece but the whole project is still not completed. Per the signed contract MJ Salese Construction was to tear down and install a new pool deck, tier deck and add a roof to the tier deck and stairs leading to the back yard, none of which are completed since [redacted] code inforcement will not pass. We ended up paying for this job in full because the owner of the business [redacted] Salese would call and say he needed money in order to complete the job and then would not show upDesired Settlement: We would prefer he complete the job to [redacted] code since it is paid in full. If he cannot complete the job we want a refund so we can hire a reputable company to complete the job
