I don't think we should have refund any money on this jobWe had to get the engine running to make sure cable was working properly for safetyThe last time we had serviced this mower was on 7/01/and yes we did change oil then but oil needs to be checked before every mowing and changed at least once a year

Yes she did bring it in for a cable and spark plug. When we pre checked engine to test to make sure cable was adjusted correctly we found there was about a 1 tea spoon of oil in engine, And the oil was very black so we put in fresh oil. We could not get the engine to start we found old gas with water in it. We cleaned carburetor and fuel tank. And the airfilter was so plugged the engine could not get any air to run. We were very very fair with her on the labor of this job.
