In response to the complaint received from [redacted] about his credit not being reported properly, that issue has been resolved and his credit should reflect a full payoff. There was a disconnect between our software, [redacted], and [redacted]. It was a software issue that we...

Review: Vehicle was purchased in the fall of 2010. Payments were being reported to [redacted]. Last report date was 31 Dec, 2013. Vehicle was paid in full, via trade in on 10 Feb, 2014. Company would not update credit reporting file. File has since been removed from my credit report. This has caused harm to my credit files. I have attempted on numerous occasions to speak with someone at company. All of my calls have gone to voice mail, in which my calls have not been returned.Desired Settlement: Reinsertion to my [redacted] credit files as closed, paid in full, never late.
