This is Anthony (Finance Manager) from M and M Auto Sales.     Mr. [redacted] purchased a vehicle from me on 1-27-2017. He purchased a 2005 Acura TL with 123,000 miles. Before his purchase he looked over the vehicle and test drove it. Then gave us the ok that he will proceed...

with his purchase. A couple days after Mr. [redacted] purchase he called me with a complaint about a head light and a electrical electrical issue. He did have a complaint of the serpentine belt. We had him scheduled for 2 different appointments to look at vehicle to do repairs. We addressed the electrical issue, but there was nothing wrong with the serpentine belt when he brought that in. If there was any issue with the belt we would have taken care of it. A serpentine belt is a $25 part. Mr. [redacted] came in on Saturday 2/4/2017 for the repairs. He left after repairs were done. Now I called Mr. [redacted] on Thursday  2/9/2017 because I needed information from him for his loan. At that time Mr. [redacted] made no complaint to me about the vehicle and I think I actually asked him about the vehicle. On 2/10/2017 Mr. [redacted] made a complaint to BBS and wrote a terrible review about us on the internet. When I received the Revdex.com letter and seen the review on line I made 3 attempts to contact Mr. [redacted] with no response back.  Now we are not a inspection facility. We send all of our vehicles out to get inspected. The tires on the car are passible tires. Used vehicles do not get new tires.     I have never refused Mr. [redacted] service for any repairs. The vehicle was only brought back to me twice for minor issues. I have no idea what Mr. [redacted] is looking to get reimburst for. $1200 for what?  I spoke to Mr. [redacted] a week or 2 ago and my conversation with him was nothing but threats to us about being sued and bring us to small claims court. At this point I'm still not sure to what the problem with the vehicle is. A serpentine belt cost about 65 dollars to fix. If Mr. [redacted] is looking to get reimburst money because another service facility did work to his vehicle that is not possible and he will have to take me to small claims court. Warrenty work that needs to be done under the 1000 mile 30 day law needs to be addressed at my dealership.
