Customer brought me his truck which I've worked on and off for the past year Truck underwent tune up and that went great I took a look at the transmission The customer wanted his rear end rebuilt I had to wait to get the money for his parts and then I had to wait to
receive the parts once ordered Unfortunately, my wife was pregnant and suffered complications due to her pregnancyWhile I was in the hospital with my wife, the customer called me upset and I explained to him the situation, timeline and hold ups When I told him that I had just received the parts, he became upset and wanted to pick up his truck At this point, I had spent a considerable amount of time working on the truck and rear end which totaled $ Once the customer cancelled, the money is non-refundable There's the diagnostic fee, I charge $an hour and the fluid alone for his truck was $a quart I considered the customer a friend and gave him a great deal but I told him he can cancel if he wants and to come get his truck and take it somewhere elseCustomer changed his mind about wanting to come get his truck but I told him to come and get it anyway and that the money is not refundable
