Review: I ordered a 24" sterling silver necklace, but received a 18" necklace. I have sent 2 emails to Mobstub, but they have yet to respond. My order id ##[redacted]Desired Settlement: I would like to hear from Mobstub, telling me they will either send me the correct product or refund my money.

Review: Ordered 4 led winter beanie hats from this company and received only 1 hat that was shipped on 10/**/15. Have contacted the company numerous times via email and responses came from "Hannah" Was told the package had been received. Responded not in its entirety. It was "investigated " and told the remainder of order would be shipped [redacted] and given a tracking #. Neither [redacted] or the DLS Company have received merchandise which has been paid for !!!Desired Settlement: Would request the remaining 3 hats delivered.

Review: I placed an order with Mobstub on 2-**-2015 and my credit card was subsequently charged $15.95 on 2-**-2015. On 2-**-2015 I received an email stating that there was a delay in the order and they would be fully stocked and have all orders out by Thursday, March *. On 3-* I sent an email inquiring on my order. On 3-** I was send a reply email stating that my order had shipped along with a tracking number. On 3-** I received yet another email stating my order had been shipped. However, when you go to track the package it shows it has gone nowhere since the first email stating it was shipped.

This company charged my credit card long ago and has yet to provide me with any product. My card should not have been charged until this product was actually sent out.Desired Settlement: I want the product I ordered and proof that it is in route instead of just accepted with a tracking number that cannot be traced.

The refund was not processed until 3/**/15 sometime after 3:30 CST but it is currently there.
