Review: Back in December 2014, [redacted], the [redacted] of Zsa Zsa Jewels, contacted me and wanted to send me a box of jewelry from which I could choose and sell in my store. ( I am a retailer of women's clothing and accessories.) And with her permission, send to remaining pieces back to them. They said they would initially charge my account for the pieces they were sending, and upon return of the items I didn't want, they would issue a refund. They charged my account initially for $4833.99 but I have never seen a refund. Recently, they have offered to wire transfer the amount back to me, but when I ask them for the wire transfer confirmation number, they have not responded. I have documentation that they owe me $3025.00 I am completely frustrated that they are not willing to issue a refund for jewelry they have in their possession. They have used my money to finance their business since December of 2014.
