Modern Nails Spa

I went into this nail salon in [redacted] at [redacted] I have receipt infront of me. I got a pedicure done and it was so bad I didn't even get a manicure afterwards. First I said I don't like the water too hot and it was crazy hot like 3 times I had to tell her to cool it down which was rediculous. Then I said I like my toes square but not too short And it was terrible they weren't even square she cut my big toes that it made it look so bad and the paint job looked liked a 5 year old painted myToes. It was messy overlapped that it started pealing off. One of the worst pedicures ever. Even took pictures in first 24 hours to show.I did try calling a few times got nowhere and I was away on family matters out of state so that's why the delay, but haven't been back to this nail place since.Product_Or_Service: PedicureDesired SettlementI would like my [redacted] dollars since my pedicure pealed and chipped and didn't even last a few daysBusiness Response Hi [redacted], My name is [redacted], I am the new owner of Modern Nails Spa. We want to make our customers happy, and consistently ask how short and what shape you would like your nails/toenails.
