The co. sent out a tech to fix the problem, the solution was to remove door camera add an external camera to cover the front door, return my door bell. After the Tech left and the wind came up and moths came out we were we were getting camera tripping every minute. We contacted support services and changed the camera view and how sensitive it had to be and placed the camera on hold until the next day so we could check it when I would be home. The camera wouldn't work and all the setting were gone. I have been working with tech support and they are scheduled to return on Thursday 5/18/17. So if this next fix works all will be well, if not they will have to remove the equipment and I will go else where to get the product I need.
My complaint as been solved with the following resolution:I was able to cancel the initial contract.I tried to get a contract not tied to the electric co. Which I was finally got. But I was not comfortable with the way it was structured so I requested they remove their equipment, which was removed on 6/8/17.I believe they tried there best to satisfy me but their product was not able to satisfy me.
