Review: On April 14, 2015, my wife and I gave a $1200.00 deposit to purchase patio furniture: three-seat sofa, two club chairs, two end tables, and a gas fire pit. We were told by the salesperson, Chris, that the furniture would be ready for pick-up in four weeks. We completed our paperwork with Steve, who is apparently a manager/owner of the business and he confirmed that the furniture would be ready in about four weeks. At the four week mark, I called and spoke with Steve, and he said the cushions were done, but the furniture was not ready, it was going to go to powder-coat. A few days later, I called and spoke with Steve again, and he said that there was an issue with the furniture, that the welder made the furniture without arms, but that was being corrected and that the furniture should be done in another week. On May 26, 2015 (six weeks after we put our deposit down), I called and spoke with Steve again. He said that the furniture was being powder coated and that the cushions were not done yet because they ran out of fabric. I stated that he told me in a previous conversation that the cushions were done, and he did some backpedaling. He said that the furniture could be ready to pick-up on Friday, May 29, but if it wasn’t ready by then, then it would for sure be done on Monday, June 1. On June 1, my wife called the store and spoke with Jeff. Jeff said the furniture is being powder-coated and not ready as promised. My wife told Jeff we were on our way down to the store to get our money back, but he said he would not be able to give a refund. Apparently the owner is currently in [redacted] and unable to be contacted. June 2 will be the seven week mark since we ordered the furniture.Desired Settlement: We would like a full refund of our deposit or immediate free delivery of the items we purchased.
