I purchased two drinks Palm Breeze sparkling alcohol spritz Ruby Red citrus from [redacted] on May 23, 2015. I opened one of the drinks and attempted to enjoy it when a sharp object floated across my tongue. I spit the drink and object into my hand to find a sharp piece of glass. On Monday May 25 I reached out to Palm breeze online with the upc from the can and concern asking for my 2.50 back (price for both of the drinks). As of today they have not responded. I provided them with my personal email address and work and offered to forward proof of purchase. I am simply asking for a refund directly from them as the can was sealed with the object inside. On May 29, 2015 I posted the above complaint on instagram along with a photo of the can and glass object. Would someone be able to assist me with a refund.
