Review: I was sold a defective window that does not stay up. Upon contacting the manager Dancy, I was told that there was nothing they can do to resolve the issue even though the window that we purchased less than 30 days ago. The manager stated that we were told the window is over-sized and would not stay up which was never stated upon ordering the window. We would not have purchased the window if this was the case. She refused to try to resolve the issue in any wayDesired Settlement: I would the window to be fixed, replaced, or I would like a refund

9/**/2015, we sent our technician to [redacted] house to check the

window that he complained about not working probably.

His window is blocked by his kitchen cabinet and we are not unable to tilt it

open to make any adjustment. We have him signed to confirm that this window is

not able to make any adjustment right now. He confirmed the above problems have

not been caused by Monda's products and are therefore not covered by Monda's

Warranty.

The window was not fixed and still does not stay opened. The issue was not resolved and I was not offered a replacement or refund.

Review: I ordered Monda windows and service included installation. When they arrived to install the windows they had no equipment with them to install them. My home is under construction and we have thrown out a lot of rotted wood and unusable material including 2x4's and trim in the back yard for disposal. They took the unusable material to perch the windows because they had sized them wrong and did not frame them. I called the company and spoke to [redacted], who had previously assured me that they would make sure that the window installation would go smoothly and I would love the work provided, she then told me that they weren't required to do anything other than put the windows into an already framed opening (which by the way was not what we discussed). I left to get some material and when I came back they left and took with them 4 of my windows that I had already paid for so my home since then has been open to any random intruder. I went to the company and was told that my windows would have to be finished on Saturday. I would just need someone to put the window sills in so that it could be done "properly". I had my sills put in on Friday and when Saturday rolled around they did not show up they claimed to have to come and see if the sills were put in properly then they would schedule another appointment for the following Saturday. This with my windows still missing and my heat running out of my home due to the missing windows! I had to pay my contractor to frame the windows that they should have framed and put in properly the first time around!Desired Settlement: I was suppose to have a tenant move in to the first floor apartment and due to this disaster of an installation they had to find another place and I had to refund them there down payment which I used to purchase the windows and installation. I want my money back for the loss and installation of my windows. I also want the windows I paid for replaced.
