Review: Purchased a handbag from Emilie M Handbags, a collaborator of Mondani, on 04/**/13. Did not hear from company for over a week - took me two e-mails and one phone call before I got a response. Person stated that they did not have any more like the one I purchased and offered substitute which I declined. Then they determined that there was still one available which they sent to me. I received it on May ** and immediately decided not to keep it. The following week I sent an e-mail and called trying to get a return approval but got no response. I sent an e-mail to the FB website and then received a phone call and approval to return. I sent the package back via FEDEX and it was received on 05/**/13 but I have not received any refund. I have sent two e-mails and have received no reply and am getting quite disgusted with this company and their very poor customer service. I simply want my money back and to forget I ever tried ordering from them.Desired Settlement: Want my money back.
