business does not fully elaborate on why this organization engages in illegal and violating business practices under the FDCPA. It is important to understand how this organization engages in businesses when performing debt collections, and even more important that they are transparent to individuals in which they are attempting to collect debt from. It is illegal to threaten legal action against someone in reference to a debt collection, if you are in fact not an attorney. I would like consumers to be aware of this practice, so that they can properly defend them selves with out emotional duress and bullying involved.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  This response is not true, as I was threatened legal action by a Daniel M[redacted] in their organization. I wish that this information be posted on Revdex.com site so that other organizations and consumers understand that they are willing to implement illegal business practices, while being untruthful and lying about their actions.

The credit card number was given freely to us, there is no way we could have received his card info. We were not sold this debt we work for the client. I will take the work phone number out but this will not stop collections.

There was not threat of legal action by our company. If the client wants to litigate that is up to them and we will only litigate with there permission.
