I have spoken to her on several occasions..She will not talk or listen to what I have to say..All she does is yell at me..She did not talk to my wife..She talked to my secretary..She would not listen to her either..Just yelled at her also.I have tried to tell her that I normally charge $80.00 per...

person..But that I only charged her $100.00 for 2 men..(Myself and 1 other person)  I had 38 hrs on her place at [redacted]  I only charged her 30 hrs labor..She says that the carpenters said that I was not there all that time..How do they know when they were not there..They were not there most of the time..I was there for 8 hrs on a Saturday and they were not there..There was other times I was there and they were not there..But I will gladly send her a bill for the other 8 hrs at $80.00 per person.As for the my parts she went around and checked on the price of the parts to see what they cost me..I don't charge to go get parts but I do mark them up to absorb the  taxes and to make a little off of them for my gas and time..I usually charge $100.00 per opening..But there again that was going to be more money and I opted to charge for parts instead..There again I did not charge for all the parts so I cut them a break there also..I had the Electrical Inspector down so I could get a Electrical Permit and because someone had done some work earlier I had to rewire a lot more..It all had to be brought up to code..I don't go around and check the price of meat and go into her place of business and tell I will not pay that...It is her business and that is not what you do..There is NO TALKING to this person..Or reasoning with her...I feel I am in the right and will not refund any to her..Montz Electric
