We needed emergency help when we punctured a main water line to our house...right before a hurricane. Moody was professional, very helpful, sent two people out rapidly and they did an excellent repair. We are so grateful for their service. Cost was reasonable for emergency service.

Initially when they fixed my bath tub faucet they told me that they excepted my form of payment which was Wells Fargo home improvement credit card. Needless to say they never verified it, did the project, called a day later only to say they do not except the home improvement card. I had to use my money out of pocket that I needed for something else, with no remorse they never apologized for the inconvenience nor did they work out a plan to make the customer happy. Fast forward to 3 months later I started having the same problem and decided to call them and see if they honored or guaranteed there work. I spoke with who I believe to be the secretary and she told me I would have to pay more money to have it fixed. I originally paid $230.00. Now they asked for more than $100. I said politely that does not seem reasonable to charge someone for a job that was suppose to already be fixed and that it has not been a long time period from previous job. She said she would call me back and talk to her supervisor. She returned my call only to say that it is a defected cartridge and that it is not the company faults and that they will lower the price to $65 dollars. This is very upsetting and I would not recommend Moody a Plumbing to a family, friend, or stranger.

Repair work did not fix the issue.[redacted] was out to fix a slow drain on 6/3. On 6/4 we had another back up issue. We called the company on 6/5 to have them come back out and they wanted to charge us again. This is unbelievable. They do not stand behind their work, and they wanted to charge me again to do the exact same thing that they did that didn't fix the thing in the first place. The homeowner was very upset so we scheduled with her spouse to camera the line on 6/9/14. After we camera the sewer line on 6/9/14 our tech found a lot of debris in the line and we coordinated to pressure jet the sewer line to remove the debris. After the debris was removed we recamera the sewer and found the line in poor condition and advised. There is no refund to issue as our work was performed satisfactorily and we performed additional work to the satisfaction of [redacted] her spouse.

I paid [redacted] plumbing to fix my bathtub faucet. This was 10/2015. I am currently having same problem. I contacted company 2/2016 to fix same problem.I contacted [redacted] Plumbing 10/2015 to fix a leaking bathtub faucet. They charged me $230 to fix the cartridge. Before they did job I asked did they take Wells Fargo Improvement Credit Card and without hesitation the workers said absolutely. They called me a day later to say we ran the credit card and we don't take it. I was very upset but with good faith I still paid them with cash I needed for something else. I was not happy but I paid this company. They never apologized for inconvenience and in fact the lady was rude at best to me. Nevertheless I stress I paid them. The faucet worked until 2/2016 not even 6 months later. I called to see if they could honor their work. I first called and they said it would be more than $100 to come back out. I then said that does not seem reasonable to charge the customer to do same repair that should be fixed. The lady said she would call me back once she talk to supervisor. She called me back to say it's not there fault the cartridge was defected and that they would charge me $65.00. We advised we accept all major credit cards (master card, visa, discover, american express). When we tried to run the credit card for payment it would not process. We advised the customer to call the card provider to verify why it would not process to our merchant account when it states either visa or mastercard on the front of the card. Regarding the issue with the cartridge. We installed a new Moen cartridge on 10/1/15 and it worked for several months. The customer called back 2/16/16 and advised the faucet is dripping again. We advised we would just charge for the labor to replace the cartridge if it was an issue with the cartridge (could be debris from the water line nothing related to our work).Consumer Response (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)I am not a happy customer and I would never use [redacted] Plumbing nor would I recommend there services to anyone. My issue was not resolved after I paid a price in full that was already overpriced. The work was not not even repaired a good 6 months before same issues resumed.
