This is the ABSOLUTE WORST CABLE AND INTERNET Company ever! Supposedly, there was a power outage today in Maryland that only affected internet and cable. I work from home, so this made my work day almost impossble! We were told it be fixed by 4:30pm. A check at 5pm wnd nothina check at 5:30pm, nothing. A phone call that lasted 25 mins wince NO ONE ANSWERED our call ended with a voicemail. 11:30pm checkwnd NO INTERNET OR CABLE! This type of occurrence happens too often but they want to raise rates for a service that never matches what we were alrrady paying for! More money for additional jacked up service both in quality and customer relations, I think not! A review of the laws that govern commucication and overbilling is what I will look I to next! MOONBEAM is by far the worst company to get internet and cable from!
Don't be mistaken, I would undoubtedly choose absolutely no stars if I could. Moonbeam is the worst service out there.

Absolutely terrible. I cannot even play a single game on my ps4 because the speed is so terrible.ive been dealing with this sy Internet provider for almost a n entire year, and it hasn't gotten better but worse. My lease is up in a month, and I will no longer stay here dealung with this crap. Horrible customer service. When asked why my connection was so slow, was replied with: maybe a lot of people are on at the same time. Unbelievable. This is what Im paying for?
To have 1MB speeds?
Will be urging everyone I know and everyone I don't, not to come to apartment, and to stay away from the name Moonbeam at all costs
