Ran multiple credit inquires after being told to run it 1 time onlyOn 6/16/15, I called an inquired about buying a new car. I spoke with salesman, [redacted], and instructed him that when he ran my credit, to only give my information to 1 bank, [redacted] (with whom I already have an existing loan). He assured me he would do so. We exchanged conversation on multiple occasions during the day, as he was trying to make a good deal for me, but did not mention giving my credit information to any other banks. When I went to the dealership that evening, [redacted] revealed that he had given the information to 3 banks. I was alarmed (as I had told him specifically to only use 1), but felt like 3 banks wasn't going to damage my credit seriously. I did not purchase a vehicle. I never signed an application for credit. All authorization was completed over the phone. On the morning of 7/18/15, I checked my credit report through the [redacted] monitoring service that I subscribe to. It showed that there had been 9 inquires made and my credit score had dropped 20 points since the morning of 7/16/15.I called the dealership and spoke again with [redacted]. He claimed at that time I told him to give my information to 3 banks. I told him that he was lying because I had only told him to only give it to [redacted]. At that point, I was connected to [redacted], the finance manager. [redacted] told me that [redacted] had instructed him to give my information to 6 banks. I again made it clear that I only wanted my information given to one bank. [redacted] told me "not to worry" and that my "credit would bounce back in 6 months."I have worked hard to have the good credit rating I have, and I work hard to maintain it. It highly upsets me that someone would go directly against what I had asked them to do in regards to my credit.Desired SettlementI want the inquires removed from my credit and for Moore to destroy any and all credit applications they have for me.Business Response we follow any guide lines a potential customer request. I seriously doubt we disregarded their instructions. There is no backing up on credit inquiries to my knowledge.

Unauthorized Credit RunMy wife and I were looking to trade in our vehicle, and they didn't trust what we told them our 14 day pay off was on her car (on Oct 14, 2014). So they used my SSN to call [redacted] and verify. I told them to not run my credit due to the fact that I already applied for the loan through my credit union. I refused to sign the application because I was already getting that part of the business taken care of on my own. Today (Oct 31, 2014) I received a denied letter from [redacted] for an application that Moore Buick GMC had run, even after our salesman, [redacted] told us they would not run my credit. Today I went by there to inquiry about this application I didn't sign. The sales manager I spoke with said they were authorized to do so simply because they had my address and SSN. Desired SettlementI would like a written letter of apology from the owner, and have him personally contact me. I would also like for him to draw up letters for me to send to the credit reporting agencies, specifying that his business made a mistake and to have the hard credit inquiry removed from my credit report.

If I could give it zero stars I would. Let me tell you my story. I had an 8:15 apt today in the service department to get my A/C fixed. I had to bring my two year old, who is teething and is very busy. After being told that my car would cost over $500 to fix, I agreed to pay and I was also told it would take a while. They offered me a shuttle but I refused and told them I would call my husband to come get us. As I was on the phone, trying to contact my husband my two year old was throwing a fit and a "man" by the name of [redacted] who is the General Manager approached me and stated that if I didn't take the shuttle that they would not do the service on my car because my daughter was disturbing other customers and we would be forced to leave. We packed up our things, refused the service and will never go back to Moore Buick GMC. Apparently they do not support mothers with little ones. I encourage all parents to go elsewhere, where they are more child accepting.","neg-1

falsified my income and forged my name on sales applicationhusband wanted a truck. I was told I needed to go on the loan for credit purposes. the salesman asked me what I made a month and I told him- he was filling out the application. he got up and left.recently, I got a copy of this application. the income was filled in by someone else and my name was forged.I have started an investigation with the bank. my understanding is that car dealerships do this a lot. had I seen what they were submitting I never would have left the lot with the vehicle. I was honest, and he emphasized they were I ws just o there for credit score reasonsDesired Settlementthis loan is void. the fact that they filled in an income I have never made in my life and forged my name means this loan doesn't exist. again, I have just recently found this out, and I am devistated. I want out of this loamBusiness Response Contact Name and Title: [redacted]Contact Phone: CELL [redacted]Contact Email: [redacted]THIS WOULD NOT HAPPEN AT OUR DEALERSHIP......WE HAVE VERY EXPIERENCED AND TRAINED FIANANCE MANAGERS WITH KNOWLEDGE THAT ANY SUCH PRACTICES WILL SURFACE AND AT THAT POINT THEY WOULD BE TERNIMATED...OUR TRACK RECORD WITH OUR FIANANCE SOURCES WILL SPEAK FOR THEMSELF AND WHICH WE CONSTANTLY MONITOR OUR STATUS. Three vists to this dealer my belt Extention was delivered , at a gas cost of $60.00. Twenty dollars each tripe. To town from [redacted] NC .Round t On May 23,2014,I called the GMC Dealer in Jacksonville NC to see if thay had a seat beast extentions for my 2006 Crew Cab Truck,I was informed thay did and that was no cost and he told at that time the belt for my truck was in stock. Upon ariving , I was informed that I must have called the [redacted] on [redacted] Blvd. Not telling him his voice gave him away. I asked him to order the belt for me.He informed me that he had to check my Vin number on my truck as well as the belt snap. He called me on May 27,2014and said the belt was in. After trying the belt . It would not work, I informed him that , it. Cost me $20.00 each time I come to town. And for the second time he checked the Vin number.? So on May 28,2014, I was informed that the belt Extention for my truck had arrived to thir service department for installing. So after three vists to this dealer my belt Extention was not free. The point of him seeing me in the fist time was to get all the information to order. The part the first time. I wonder how many more people have gone through this type of serviceDesired Settlement$40.00 for the too extra trip made to town.Business Response I NOT AWARE OF THIS SITUATION.....MAYBE THE CUSTOMER COULD CALL ME OR COME BY FOR ME TO LEARN MORE....[redacted]

They took off hood hinges hood flipped back and cracked windshield and put huge dent in hoodI served in Afghanistan and it just is so disappointing that I come home from fighting for my country and I try to get a vehicle and have just come across such criminals in the auto industries. Not only was my truck broken into .the video gps screen stolen my dash board was broken. The insurance company towed it to moore buick to have them replace the dash board. Well, not only did they NOT replace the dash board, they did further damage to my truck by disconnecting the hood, and the hood flipped back, and a dent was put in the hood and the wind shield was cracked. We called the insurance company and they tried to get pictures of the vehicle when it came on the [redacted] at moore buick said he would send but never did. We tried to call Moore Buick and they denied breaking the windshield. We are just trying to pay the $250 for the wind shield. We filed an initial report with the police dept. and if the wind shield was cracked the police would have notated that and taken pictures , so we filed an additional complaint with the police dept of the damage caused by Moore Buick. When my mother called them they completely denied the damage..although I and my wife saw them bungee cord the hood downn ..which they denied they never did that too...it will most likely show the damage being done to my vehicle. It was towed in January and picked up February 13. Its a terrible way to treat a VeteranDesired SettlementTo replace hood and windshield
