Review: Contractor repaired/replaced roofing of building with 15 attached townhouses due to hurricane Sandy, April 2013. By December 2013/January 2014, four of the units were experiencing severe water leakage/damage. The contractor was contacted to to come check out the problem. They never showed up. Excuse was weather. Still never showed after weather was warmer.Desired Settlement: Repair damage.

My son went to the property today and found no problems with roofs we installed. the problems all were due to Valleys having open seams
due to the heavy weight of snow and ice this winter. also one vent pipe was open on old roofs not done and chimney flashing open, also found 2 holes in the valley. The valleys are in between the shingle roofs and not part of our work.
all repairs were done today and will not charge this time.
