I am rejecting this response because:because the response is a complete mischaracterization of our contacts with Morgans. We never supplied them with the part number to order.  I explained the shower stall that we have and they determined the right parts to order. They were wrong and ordered the wrong item.  We did not discover the problem until we picked up the doors and brought them home.  We had to make several phone calls until we could actual contact them.  In one call Van offered to work with us to make it right.  The next time he denied any responsibility and refused to honor the return policy.  Morgan never once called us, we had to make all the calls even though they promised to call.Morgans refuses to accept any responsibility, even thought they are the experts.  They made no efforts to return our calls or to resolve the issue.  Instead, when non-responsiveness doesn't work they blame the customer. I have no access to part numbers nor would I instruct them which item number to order.  They made the mistake.Further, they refuse to honor the return policy printed on the receipt instead blaming the customer to avoid any responsibility.  Even if we were responsible, the return policy does not make a distinction between Morgans mistake and the customers mistake.  Because of the bad faith on the part of Morgans, I want a full refund.

Customer ordered a shower door.  It arrived and the customer picked it up.  All seemed well.  After, the customer calls and says they ordered the wrong door, their mistake and it won't fit.  The door had been dismantled and the packaging in non-returnable condition. ...

Morgan's was not aware of the shape of the customer's shower or any details regarding the customer's project. Morgan's simply ordered the shower door as the customer requested. Wish we could help, but the manufacturer refuses to accept the return under the circumstance.  Customers need to take more care when ordering.
