I have been a customer of Morningside Pools for over 10 years and I maintain my own pool. I have found them to be very knowledgeable in the technical end of their business, they are very good at trouble-shooting problems, and they provide excellent customer service and support. There are several other pool stores and services much closer to our home, but I have found it well worth the longer drive to Morningside for anything other than minor purchases of chemicals or supplies. My pool sparkles with the help of Morningside pools have had a pool now for about 10 years, Have tried several pool stores have to say Morningside pools in my opinion is the best pool store in Port St. Lucie give them a try friendly courteous , my pool looks fantastic
After 6 months of dealing with an unresolved problem with my salt pool I was tired of all the local pools stores "guessing" at the problem. Finally I walked into Morningside Pools and spoke to the owners. From the beginning I found the owners and their staff to be very helpful, polite and knowledgeable with not just my pool but with my specific equipment. The owner [redacted] came to my house, was able to troubleshoot the problem and determine exactly what the cause was. [redacted] was even able to determine the part causing the problem was still under a 3 year manufacturers warranty. Once the parts were delivered [redacted] was able to fix my pool problem. Total time with parts delivered by the manufacturer was about 5 days. Morningside Pools has been the pool store I go to now for 2 years with complete satisfaction. I would highly recommend them to any pool owner.
