PLEASE NOTE: I did not intentionally delay my response to this matter, the address on file at the Revdex.com was not correct, therefore I did not receive this complaint until September 30, after speaking with *** and correcting the
addressHowever, I have corrected the address many times in the past and it clearly has not been updated
In response to the consumer's comments:
1) Ntlf* submitted his own measurements as noted on the signed invoice (see attached) 2) There was no appointment made to measure the ***'s home, however, as our policy, I always measure on the day of installation to double check the amount of material needed3) The ***'s were not credited for the unused flooring because they decided to have it installed in another bedroom because they were happy with the original installation4) Before the initial leftover flooring was installed in the other bedroom, I had to order additional boxes to complete the installation (see second invoice attached)All the additional flooring was used in the second installationThe ***'s signed both invoices, in which the disclaimer states that any additional materials and labor needed will be charged back to the customerI also absorbed the $delivery cost of the extra boxes5) Transitions were needed and included in the original invoice and installedHowever, baseboards are not considered transitions and charged separatelyThe ***'s were advised of the charge prior to installation

The ***'s neglected to mention that there was a charge to move furnitureThe ***'s said that everything would be out of the rooms that were to be installedOn the morning of the installation not one item had been removed from the roomsThe ***'s complained that their backs were hurting and that they had slept in lateI paid my installers to move all the furniture before they started workingWhen I asked to be reimbursed, the ***'s refused to pay stating that they had helped them
I could have been like other companies and rescheduled the job or insist that the ***'s hire someone to do their part, but I kept my promise to install their job on their requested date of a Saturday which is not one of my regular installation days
I feel that my installers went above and beyond what was required of them on their day offI kept my promise of installing on their requested day as well as absorbing the cost of moving the furniture the ***'s did not moveI feel the ***'s complaints are not validDue to everything previously stated, I do not owe, nor am I obligated to reimburse the ***'s
