Review: I recently purchased a vehicle on Tuesday 2/10/15 and was given 7 days to have a [redacted] inspection performed for use of the Auto Insurance company. I was unable to do anything that week due to my work schedule but did call on Friday 2/13/15 after business hours around 5:07pm and left a voice mail requesting to schedule an appointment for Monday 2/16/15. I did not recieve a response on Saturday 2/14/15 although they were open until 2pm. I called again on Monday 2/16/15 on my day off so that I could have the inspection completed and was rudely told by the man over the phone it is too cold to perform the inspection as they use an [redacted] and the screen freezes also the vehicle needed to be relatively clean and to come on a day when it was warmer. It was 2 degrees at the time and snowing so I took his word. Today, Thursday 2/19/15 I had my wife drive over with the vehicle thinking we'd have a better outcome in person also it is 18 degrees out and the vehicle is relatively cleaner. As soon as my wife entered and presented documentation she for the 2nd time was refused the service with the same excuse, and said to ask our insurance company for an extension which I had already done and come back another time. For this, is why I am reporting this business.
