I have not received any correspondence from the dealer to the request for cancellation of my service contract since my initial request on 6-10-The refund amount is a time sensitive determination based on date of notification and I take their lack of response to this matter as a clear indication of their being a poor business to hold a certification by the Revdex.com.
I have a complaint pending with corporate Nissan customer care on this matter as welltheir response to me is that they hold no control over the actions of their dealers as they are an independent contractorNeedless to say, Nissan will never have my business again

While interested in a particular vehicle, and having been pre-approved for a loan by my credit union, I clearly stated that I did not need to apply for a loan through Mossy Nissan's (Kearny Mesa) financial dept. (I stated this several times). After I declined to purchase the vehicle, nevertheless, a person submitted an application against my wishes and a credit check was initiated--48 hours after I had declined to purchased the vehicle. I went to a different dealer, obtained a better deal, and my credit union financed the purchase. The sales person attending me, followed through with phone calls, with various other offers for a lease--was quite desperate. My reasons for objecting an additional credit check are obvious: subsequent and potential lenders or services may not look favorably to these activities.

point of view I can see how this would be extremely frustrating. I am not sure
how the other technician could diagnose a timeline of the inter mix failure,
but either way you suffered the loss. I appreciate you still choosing to do business
with Mossy Nissan Poway and hope we can continue a positive relationship with
you and that dealership in the future. I would like to issue you  refund of $1140.11 in and for the balance
setup a credit of a $1000 to use at Mossy Nissan Poway for the future service and
parts needs of your new vehicle.

Management has also given him a $1000 credit in our service department as a goodwill gesture if he would like to keep the car. The last contact with management and Mr. [redacted] was 2/12/2015 at...

approximately 6pm and Mr. [redacted] stated he has not made a decision to keep or return the vehicle and he was going to an attorney today 2/13/2015 to have them review his contract. Mossy management has offered him a 100% refund and is willing to return his trade in to him.
